1. General information<\/h4>\n
It is necessary to read these Terms and Conditions before making your reservation. It is important that you understand the contractual relation established when using the booking service of Pure Azores. Pure Azores is a Portuguese Tour Operator registered with the Portugal Tourism Bureau no. 6702 and registered in the Commercial Registry of Ponta Delgada with the no. 514 175 486, with headquarters at Rua Eng\u00ba Deodato Magalh\u00e3es, 10-A, 2\u00baDto, 9500-786, Ponta Delgada, Azores. 2. Pricing<\/h4>\n
All prices on Pure Azores website are displayed per person in Euro currency (EUR) and include VAT and all other taxes.<\/p>\n
3. Acceptance of Bookings<\/h4>\n
Pure Azores only accepts bookings by persons fully capable of acting and with full legal competence. Legal persons have to act by a duly authorized person.<\/p>\n
4. Arrival at venue, and compliance with rules<\/h4>\n
You are responsible for timely arrival at the meeting point. If you are arriving to the booked activity from abroad, you are personally responsible for the necessary travel documents (passport, etc.), compliance with health regulations, etc.<\/p>\n
5. Cancellation Policy<\/h4>\n
Customers are free to cancel their bookings at any time for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the tour\/activity..<\/p>\n
Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity start time are non-refundable.<\/p>\n
Refunds are processed within 7 days via the same method used for payment.<\/p>\n
6. Bookings cancelled by Pure Azores<\/h4>\n
Pure Azores reserves the right to cancel a booking in case the number of participants is inferior to the minimum number required. In these cases, the customer will be informed of the cancellation within 8 days, via the e-mail provided at reservation.<\/p>\n
7. Extraordinary Cancellation<\/h4>\n
Pure Azores can cancel the activity without adherence to the cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger or make carrying out the activity impossible or substantially more difficult. This is done under exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever.<\/p>\n
8. Exclusion from Participation<\/h4>\n
You are personally responsible for compliance with any conditions of participation. Pure Azores and their supplier have the right to refuse admittance or exclude you from an activity if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if your participation puts you or others at risk, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the price paid cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n
9. Governing Law and Jurisdicion<\/h4>\n
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Portuguese law. The client agrees that any dispute shall be resolved by the Court of Ponta Delgada, in conformity with the laws of Portugal.
