Where will you pick me up for my tour?
What time is the pick-up?
For most tours pick-up takes place between 9:00 and 9:20. Please be ready at 9:00, but don’t worry if we arrive up to 20 minutes later, since we may ter de need to pick-up customers from multiple hotels in the same day. Please check the time of pick-up of each activity in the respective page on our website.
Are there dietary options to the meals provided in the tours?
Yes, if you have dietary restrictions that we should know (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc), please mention them when you book on our website in the field “Special Requirements” of the booking form.
I'm arriving on a cruise ship. Do you pick up from the port?
Yes! We provide pick-up from the cruise terminal free of charge! All you need to do is to mention your cruise ship as the pick-up location in the booking form.
Do Pure Azores handle large groups?
Yes! Although we usually operate with 9-seater vehicles, we can handle larger groups with multiple vehicles or with a minibus or coach.
