These terms apply to this website and to services arranged directly with Pure Azores. Your written booking confirmation may include additional or more specific conditions, which will take priority for that booking if there is any difference.

Please review the terms supplied before making payment. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge the applicable information provided to you.

Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed booking. Availability, itinerary, group details, price and payment arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

The person making a booking is responsible for providing accurate information and for sharing relevant details and confirmed terms with the other guests in the party.

The applicable price, currency, inclusions, payment schedule and accepted payment method will be shown in the tour listing, proposal or confirmation supplied for your booking.

A place or service is not secured until any required confirmation step or payment has been completed. Please query any unclear item before paying.

Requested changes depend on availability and may affect the route, timing, inclusions or price. Contact us as early as possible if you need to amend guest details, dates or other arrangements.

Any accepted change should be confirmed in writing.

Guests are expected to:

• Provide information that may reasonably affect safety or participation
• Follow guide instructions and act respectfully toward local communities, other guests and the environment
• Arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time with suitable clothing and personal necessities
• Hold any travel documents, insurance or permissions relevant to their circumstances

São Miguel’s weather and local conditions can change quickly. For safety or to improve the experience, routes, timings, stops or activities may need to change.

Natural conditions, wildlife, visibility and access to third-party venues cannot be guaranteed. Where a material change is necessary, we will communicate the available options in line with the conditions confirmed for your booking.

The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to your reservation will be provided before payment and repeated in your booking confirmation. Conditions may differ by experience, booking channel or third-party supplier.

If you need to cancel, notify us promptly in writing. Any refund or rescheduling option will be assessed under the confirmed booking conditions and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that principle, Pure Azores is not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside reasonable control or by a guest’s failure to follow provided information or safety instructions.

Third-party services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms. Guests should maintain travel insurance appropriate to their plans and personal circumstances.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Text, branding, design and original media may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its normal operation.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by applicable Portuguese law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
